Don't waste your money. False advertisement. Opened it at 10am, let it expand, 3 hours later it's still flat, barely 2 fingers high. Image shows much thicker. Very disappointed.
Surprisingly nice, cooling and breathable. Keeps head stable in any position, curved edges are great for hands.
Bought two, one for me and one for my husband. My sore neck was gone in two days, and his shoulder and neck pain are improving. Perfect size, worth every penny.
Tried many memory foam pillows without success. This one isn't perfect but is one of the better ones. Works for both back and side sleepers. Worth a try.

Great feel and well-made, but the arm indent isn't as deep as it looks, a bit awkward. Good support, holds shape, no smell. Not sure it's helpful but definitely not harmful. Glad I bought it.
